What kind of products are on Clubb?
Products from Paris boutiques only, at least 30% below their original price. Every piece is chosen for its quality.
What does it cost?
Clubb is free for you: you pay the price the boutique shows, nothing more.
When does Clubb open?
On 1 November. Join the waitlist to order from day one.
How does it work?
You browse boutiques and products on Clubb, order online, then choose how to receive it: collect in store, or home delivery by our partner couriers in 1 to 2 hours across Paris.
Can I order from anywhere in France?
For now Clubb covers central Paris only. We plan to expand to other French cities soon.
How do I contact customer support?
Through the chat when you click the ladybird, or by email at contact@clubb.fr. We usually reply within 24 hours.
For boutiques
What does Clubb bring my boutique?
A ready-made window online, with no website to build and no advertising to manage. You photograph your products, the AI writes the listings and prepares the visuals, and we bring the customers. When an order comes in you prepare it: the customer collects it, or a courier takes care of it.
What does it cost my boutique?
Nothing today: no joining fee, no subscription, only a commission on sales made through Clubb. The first 100 boutiques keep that for life — they will never pay a subscription, even once a paid plan applies to those who join after them.
How do I get my products online?
In minutes, from your phone: one photo per product, you dictate sizes and stock, the AI writes the listing and prepares professional visuals. Lots of references? Send us your spreadsheet and we import the lot.
Am I tied in for a minimum period?
No. No commitment and no exclusivity: add or remove your products whenever you like.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes, your prices stay entirely yours. Our recommendation: at least 30% off your shop price on the pieces you want to move. The sharper the deal, the more your product is featured.
Who manages the stock shown on Clubb?
Your stock stays yours. Quantities update in one click from your dashboard, so an item sold in store never stays orderable online.
How does my customer get the product?
Like any other order: you're notified immediately and you prepare the product. The customer collects it in store with their order confirmation, or a partner courier delivers it to them.
When and how do I get paid?
Payments are secured by Stripe and paid straight into your bank account, usually within 2 to 3 working days of the sale.
What about returns or customer questions?
Clubb handles all of it: the customer comes to us, our partner couriers manage the round trip, and you're kept posted at every step. There's nothing for you to organise.
